Commercial machines
Multi-needle embroidery machines built for caps and flat garments, tuned before they leave our Orange County shop so the first stitch on site matches the last.
Merch Troop loads commercial embroidery machines, a stocked thread wall, and a trained crew into a self-contained setup that fits a 10×10 footprint. Ninety minutes after we roll in, guests are picking thread colors and watching their names get stitched.

Self-contained by design
Multi-needle embroidery machines built for caps and flat garments, tuned before they leave our Orange County shop so the first stitch on site matches the last.
A curated thread palette and a printed design menu: monogram fonts, name drops, and your logo digitized in advance so guests choose fast and the line keeps moving.
A dedicated hooping station, trimming and steaming tools, and a tissue-wrapped handoff. Pieces leave the table looking retail-finished, not craft-fair rushed.
Surge protection, cable ramps, gaff tape, and 25-foot runs come in our cases. Two dedicated 15-amp circuits power the entire bar — no generator indoors, ever.
From hold to handoff
Send the city, venue, guest count, and date. We confirm crew and machine availability, usually the same business day.
Your logo gets digitized once and sewn out for approval. We lock monogram fonts, thread colors, and the garment list with you before anything ships.
We handle the certificate of insurance, load-in window, freight elevator booking, and floor placement directly with your planner or venue contact.
The crew arrives about two hours before doors, sets up in roughly ninety minutes, runs the line all event, and packs out in under an hour.
What guests take home
We stock event favorites like Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps, plush robes, Independent Trading fleece, canvas totes, and polos, or we embroider garments you supply. Monograms, first names, coordinates, and pre-digitized logos all run live at the bar.
Embroidery is only part of the Merch Troop menu. Many hosts pair the bar with a live DTF printing station or a patch hat bar so fast heat-press pieces absorb the rush while the machines stitch premium keepsakes.

Asked before every booking
No. The full bar runs on two standard 120V outlets. Each machine draws less than a household coffee maker, and we carry our own surge protection, cable ramps, and extension runs. Outdoors, we simply need a tent and level ground.
Monograms run 3–6 minutes; left-chest logos 8–12. Two machines with a managed queue keep things moving, and for larger crowds we pre-stitch inventory so nobody waits on a hoop.
We are based in Orange County and cover Los Angeles and San Diego with no travel fee. Las Vegas and other destinations add a flat $900 travel charge, and nationwide programs work with enough lead time.
Next stop: your venue
Date, venue, guest count, and what you want stitched. We reply with machines, crew, garment options, and a firm number — not a form letter.
