The machines sleep in our Orange County shop, which makes OC events the simplest ones we run: no travel fee, no freight, and the flexibility to say yes on tighter timelines than anywhere else on the map.
What home-turf advantage looks like
When the venue is twenty minutes from the shop, everything relaxes. Backup equipment is a drive away, not a freight claim. Last-minute garment additions can be pulled from our own inventory the morning of. And when a date opens up on short notice, OC events are the ones we can most often still catch — ask even if your event is close.
The rooms we know
The Anaheim convention corridor and its hotel ballrooms, Irvine's office campuses and their loading rules, coastal wedding venues from Laguna to Newport where the load-in is a garden path rather than a dock — the crew has taped cable in all of them. That familiarity shows up as accurate quotes and uneventful load-ins.
Popular OC formats
Corporate campuses book logo-plus-name polo and cap programs for all-hands and milestone weeks. Coastal weddings lean robes-in-the-morning, monogram bar at the reception. And the county's steady run of nonprofit galas has made the donor-gift station — embroidered fleece at the valet hour — something of an OC specialty.
No travel fee applies anywhere in Orange County, and the standard spec holds everywhere: 10×10 feet, two ordinary outlets, about 90 minutes to first stitch.
